Kebbeh (liberian Beef Kebabs)

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp ground allspice
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, garlic, parsley, bread crumbs, cumin, allspice, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Divide the meat mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a long, thick sausage shape around the soaked wooden skewers.
- Heat a grill or stovetop grill pan over medium heat. Place the kebabs on the grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the meat is fully cooked and has a nice charred exterior.
- Once cooked, remove the kebabs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
