Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp ground allspice
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, garlic, parsley, bread crumbs, cumin, allspice, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  2. Divide the meat mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a long, thick sausage shape around the soaked wooden skewers.
  3. Heat a grill or stovetop grill pan over medium heat. Place the kebabs on the grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the meat is fully cooked and has a nice charred exterior.
  4. Once cooked, remove the kebabs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
