Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken, cut into pieces

  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chicken pieces, onions, tomatoes, bell peppers, garlic, tomato paste, olive oil, and all the spices. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly.
