Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, grated

  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, grated onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
  2. Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the meatballs. Cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
  4. Once cooked, remove the meatballs from the skillet and serve hot.
