Ingredients
- 1 lb lobster meat, cooked and chopped
- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a separate pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Gradually whisk in the milk and continue cooking until the mixture thickens, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the cheddar and mozzarella cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
