Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a separate pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
