Kenyan Coconut Fish Curry

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 can (14 oz) coconut milk
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
