- 1 lb white fish fillets, such as tilapia or cod
- 1 onion, finely chopped

- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 can (14 oz) coconut milk
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions
