Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- Beef casings or sausage casings
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, onions, cilantro, ginger, curry powder, cayenne pepper, cumin, coriander, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.
- Add the beef broth to the meat mixture and mix until well incorporated.
- Stuff the meat mixture into the beef casings or sausage casings, twisting the casings at regular intervals to form individual sausages.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and grill the sausages for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and have a nice char on the outside.
- Remove the sausages from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
