Kenyan Sukuma Wiki Quesadillas

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped sukuma wiki
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions
