Ingredients
- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and julienned

- 1/4 cup unsalted peanuts, toasted and crushed
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut, toasted

- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the mangoes, red onion, red chili, cilantro, and mint leaves.
- In a small bowl, mix the lime juice, fish sauce (if using), and brown sugar until the sugar is dissolved.
- Pour the dressing over the mango mixture and toss gently to combine.
- Sprinkle the toasted peanuts and shredded coconut on top before serving.
