Kerala Style Beef Fry

Ingredients
- 500g beef, thinly sliced
- 2 onions, thinly sliced
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 inch ginger, minced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 green chilies, sliced
- 1 sprig curry leaves
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- Salt to taste
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Heat coconut oil in a pan and add sliced onions. Sauté until golden brown.
- Add minced ginger, garlic, green chilies, and curry leaves. Sauté for a few minutes.
- Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder. Mix well.
- Add sliced beef and cook until it changes color.
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook until the beef is tender.
- Sprinkle garam masala and adjust salt to taste. Cook for a few more minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
