Kermit's Key Lime Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup white sugar
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3 cups sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup key lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon grated lime zest
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
  3. Press mixture into a 9-inch pie plate.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 7 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
