Ingredients
- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon saffron strands
- 2 tablespoons warm milk
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 2 tablespoons chopped mixed nuts (almonds, pistachios)
Instructions
- Place the yogurt in a muslin cloth and tie it tightly. Hang it for 3-4 hours to drain the whey.
- Dissolve saffron in warm milk and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, take the strained yogurt, powdered sugar, saffron milk, and cardamom powder. Mix well until smooth.
- Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
- Garnish with chopped nuts before serving.
