Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon saffron strands
  • 2 tablespoons warm milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 2 tablespoons chopped mixed nuts (almonds, pistachios)

Instructions

  1. Place the yogurt in a muslin cloth and tie it tightly. Hang it for 3-4 hours to drain the whey.
  2. Dissolve saffron in warm milk and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, take the strained yogurt, powdered sugar, saffron milk, and cardamom powder. Mix well until smooth.
  4. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
  5. Garnish with chopped nuts before serving.
