Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour

  • 1/4 cup psyllium husk

  • 4 large eggs

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, ground flaxseed, psyllium husk, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, then add the olive oil, almond milk, and apple cider vinegar. Mix well.
