Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce or tamari
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Set aside.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the sliced beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
- Heat the remaining tablespoon of olive oil in the same skillet. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Return the cooked beef to the skillet and pour the soy sauce mixture over the beef and broccoli. Stir-fry for an additional 1-2 minutes until everything is heated through and well coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve the stir-fry hot and enjoy!
