Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
- In a bowl, mix the almond flour, almond milk, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to make the batter.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, making sure to coat it evenly, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
