Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the almond flour, almond milk, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to make the batter.
  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, making sure to coat it evenly, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
