Ingredients
- 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup chopped lettuce
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
Instructions
- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Divide the shredded cheddar cheese into 8 piles on the skillet, leaving space between each pile.
- Cook the cheese piles for 3-4 minutes until the edges are crispy and the cheese is melted.
- Using a spatula, carefully lift each cheese shell and drape it over a taco shell mold or the handle of a wooden spoon to create a taco shell shape. Let it cool and harden.
- In the same skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add the taco seasoning and stir to combine.
- Fill each cheese shell with the seasoned ground beef, diced tomatoes, onions, lettuce, sour cream, and black olives.
