Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the almond flour, mozzarella cheese, and cream cheese. Microwave for 1 minute, then stir. Continue to microwave in 30-second intervals until the cheese is melted and the mixture is well combined.
  3. Stir in the eggs, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper until a dough forms.
