Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the almond flour, mozzarella cheese, and cream cheese. Microwave for 1 minute, then stir. Continue to microwave in 30-second intervals until the cheese is melted and the mixture is well combined.
- Stir in the eggs, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper until a dough forms.
- Transfer the dough to the prepared baking sheet and spread it out into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
