Ingredients
- 2 large zucchinis, spiralized into zoodles
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the chicken slices over medium heat until fully cooked. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
- Add the cooked chicken back into the skillet and stir to coat with the Alfredo sauce.
- Add the zoodles to the skillet and toss until they are heated through and coated with the sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
