Ingredients
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 small head of cabbage, shredded
- 1 medium carrot, julienned
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 3 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and brown the ground pork.
