Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 jalapeños, diced and seeds removed
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 slices bacon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, diced jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with the jalapeño cream cheese mixture.
