Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 jalapeños, diced and seeds removed
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 slices bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, diced jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with the jalapeño cream cheese mixture.
  4. Wrap each stuffed chicken breast with 2 slices of bacon and secure with toothpicks.
