- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 cup marinara sauce
- 24 slices pepperoni
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese, almond flour, garlic powder, and dried oregano. Microwave for 1 minute, then stir to combine.
- Divide the dough into 12 equal portions and roll each portion into a ball.
- Place the dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Flatten each ball into a small disc.
- Top each disc with a small spoonful of marinara sauce and 2 slices of pepperoni.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
