Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup Bhutanese cheese, cubed

  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 2 green chilies, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.
  3. Add onions and green chilies, sauté until the onions are translucent.
