Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 egg

  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour and salt. Add the yogurt, egg, and melted butter. Mix until a dough forms.
  2. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Roll each part into a circle on a floured surface.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the mozzarella and feta cheese. Divide the cheese mixture among the dough circles, leaving a border around the edges.
  4. Pinch the edges of the dough to create a boat shape, enclosing the cheese filling.
  5. Brush the edges of the dough with the beaten egg for a golden crust.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
