Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 egg

- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the flour and salt. Add the yogurt, egg, and melted butter. Mix until a dough forms.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Roll each part into a circle on a floured surface.
- In a separate bowl, mix the mozzarella and feta cheese. Divide the cheese mixture among the dough circles, leaving a border around the edges.
- Pinch the edges of the dough to create a boat shape, enclosing the cheese filling.
- Brush the edges of the dough with the beaten egg for a golden crust.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
