Ingredients

  • 1 cup besan (gram flour)

  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds

  • 2-3 green chilies, finely chopped
  • 2-3 tablespoons fresh coriander leaves, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix besan, yogurt, water, turmeric powder, ginger paste, green chili paste, and salt to make a smooth batter.
  2. Pour the batter into a non-stick pan and cook over medium heat, stirring continuously, until it thickens.
  3. Spread the cooked batter thinly on a clean, flat surface.
  4. Cut the spread batter into strips and roll them up to form khandvi rolls.
  5. Heat oil in a small pan and add mustard seeds, sesame seeds, and green chilies. Pour this tempering over the khandvi rolls.
  6. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
