Instructions
- In a bowl, mix besan, yogurt, water, turmeric powder, ginger paste, green chili paste, and salt to make a smooth batter.
- Pour the batter into a non-stick pan and cook over medium heat, stirring continuously, until it thickens.
- Spread the cooked batter thinly on a clean, flat surface.
- Cut the spread batter into strips and roll them up to form khandvi rolls.
- Heat oil in a small pan and add mustard seeds, sesame seeds, and green chilies. Pour this tempering over the khandvi rolls.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
