Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced

  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 2 green chilies, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Water

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced onion and cook until softened.

  4. Add the tomatoes, green chilies, turmeric, cumin powder, and salt. Stir well to combine.
