Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef, cut into cubes
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 skewers

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the beef, onion, garlic, parsley, cilantro, coriander, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Thread the marinated beef onto skewers.

  4. Remove the kebabs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
