Kharcho Kebabs are a delicious and flavorful dish from Georgian cuisine, featuring tender meat infused with aromatic spices and herbs.
Ingredients
- 1 lb beef, cut into cubes
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 skewers
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the beef, onion, garlic, parsley, cilantro, coriander, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Thread the marinated beef onto skewers.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and grill the kebabs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat is cooked to your desired doneness.
- Remove the kebabs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
