Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes, boiled, peeled, and cubed
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tomato, finely chopped
- 1 green chili, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup tamarind chutney
- 1/4 cup mint-coriander chutney
- 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black salt
- 1/4 cup sev (crispy chickpea noodles)
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the boiled and cubed potatoes, chopped onion, tomato, and green chili.
- Add tamarind chutney, mint-coriander chutney, chaat masala, red chili powder, cumin powder, black salt, and salt to taste. Gently toss everything together until the potatoes are well coated with the chutneys and spices.
- Divide the potato mixture into serving plates. Sprinkle sev on top and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
- Serve the Khatta Aloo Chaat immediately and enjoy the tangy and spicy flavors!
