Instructions
- In a blender, combine the mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies, cumin seeds, salt, lemon juice, sugar, and water.
- Blend until smooth, adding more water if needed to reach the desired consistency.
- Transfer the chutney to a serving bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve.
