Ingredients

  • 500g minced mutton
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 2 green chilies, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 4 pav (dinner rolls)
  • Butter for toasting

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions until golden brown.
  2. Add the green chilies and ginger-garlic paste, and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Now, add the minced mutton and cook until it changes color.
  4. Next, add the tomatoes, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and the oil separates.
  5. Toast the pav with butter on a griddle until golden brown.
  6. Serve the hot and spicy kheema with buttered pav.
