Kheema Pav (खीमा पाव)

Ingredients
- 500g minced mutton
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
- 4 pav (dinner rolls)
- Butter for toasting
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions until golden brown.
- Add the green chilies and ginger-garlic paste, and cook for 2 minutes.
- Now, add the minced mutton and cook until it changes color.
- Next, add the tomatoes, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and the oil separates.
- Toast the pav with butter on a griddle until golden brown.
- Serve the hot and spicy kheema with buttered pav.
