Ingredients

  • 500g ground beef
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 20 dumpling wrappers

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the ground beef, onion, garlic, coriander, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Add water to the meat mixture and mix until well combined.
  3. Place a spoonful of the meat mixture in the center of each dumpling wrapper.
  4. Bring the edges of the wrapper together and twist to seal, creating a pleated effect at the top.
  5. In a large pot of boiling water, cook the dumplings for 8-10 minutes or until they float to the surface.
  6. Remove the dumplings with a slotted spoon and serve hot.
