Ingredients

  • 500g ground beef
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 20 dumpling wrappers

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the ground beef, onion, garlic, cayenne pepper, coriander, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Add water and mix until well combined.
  3. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each dumpling wrapper.
  4. Pinch the edges together to seal the dumplings, leaving a small opening at the top.
  5. Twist the top to seal the dumpling.
  6. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add the dumplings.
  7. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until the dumplings float to the surface.
  8. Remove the dumplings with a slotted spoon and serve hot.
