Khinkali (spicy Lamb Dumplings)

Ingredients
- 500g ground lamb
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

- 1 teaspoon ground cumin

- Black pepper to taste
- 20 dumpling wrappers
- Water for boiling
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the ground lamb, chopped onion, minced garlic, cayenne pepper, ground coriander, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper.
- Place a spoonful of the lamb mixture in the center of each dumpling wrapper.
- Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, then fold and pleat the edges together to seal the dumpling.
- Boil the dumplings in a pot of water for about 8-10 minutes, or until they float to the surface.
- Remove the dumplings from the water and serve hot.
