Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Marinate the pork pieces with turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, ginger paste, and garlic paste. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat mustard oil in a pan and add the marinated pork pieces. Fry until the pork is browned and cooked through.
  3. Add the chopped onions and green chilies to the pan and sauté until the onions are golden brown.
  4. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
