- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons mustard oil
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate the pork pieces with turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, ginger paste, and garlic paste. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
- Heat mustard oil in a pan and add the marinated pork pieces. Fry until the pork is browned and cooked through.
- Add the chopped onions and green chilies to the pan and sauté until the onions are golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
