Ingredients
- 500g smoked pork, cut into cubes
- 2 cups mustard greens, chopped
- 3-4 green chilies, slit
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp mustard oil
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed
Instructions
- Heat mustard oil in a pan and add the chopped onion. Sauté until golden brown.
- Add the ginger-garlic paste and green chilies. Sauté for a few minutes.
- Add the smoked pork cubes, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook for 10-15 minutes.
- Add the chopped mustard greens and mix well. Cook for another 10 minutes.
- Pour in water as needed to create a gravy-like consistency. Cover and simmer for 30-40 minutes until the pork is tender.
- Once the pork is cooked and the gravy has thickened, remove from heat.
- Serve hot with steamed rice.
