Ingredients
- 500g smoked pork, cut into cubes
- 2 cups mustard greens, chopped
- 1 cup bamboo shoots, sliced
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 4-5 green chilies, slit
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp mustard oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat mustard oil in a pan and add the chopped onions. Sauté until golden brown.
- Add the ginger-garlic paste and green chilies. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the smoked pork cubes and turmeric powder. Cook until the pork is browned.
- Stir in the chopped mustard greens and sliced bamboo shoots. Cook for 10-15 minutes.
- Season with salt and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve hot with steamed rice.
