Ingredients

  • 500g smoked pork, cut into cubes
  • 2 cups mustard greens, chopped
  • 1 cup bamboo shoots, sliced
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 4-5 green chilies, slit
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp mustard oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat mustard oil in a pan and add the chopped onions. Sauté until golden brown.
  2. Add the ginger-garlic paste and green chilies. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the smoked pork cubes and turmeric powder. Cook until the pork is browned.
  4. Stir in the chopped mustard greens and sliced bamboo shoots. Cook for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and serve hot with steamed rice.
