  • 500g all-purpose flour
  • 250ml warm water
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 500g ground pork
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, warm water, salt, and vegetable oil. Knead the dough until smooth, then cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the ground pork, onions, paprika, black pepper, and salt to make the filling.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  4. Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces and roll each piece into a circle. Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each circle, then fold the dough over the filling and crimp the edges to seal.
  5. Place the kibinai on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
