Ingredients
- 2 packs of instant ramen noodles
- 2 cups of kimchi
- 1/2 block of tofu, diced
- 4 cups of water
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon of gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes)
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
Instructions
- Boil the water in a pot and add the kimchi, tofu, green onions, sesame oil, gochugaru, soy sauce, garlic, and sugar. Simmer for 15 minutes.
- Cook the instant ramen noodles according to the package instructions.
- Divide the cooked noodles into serving bowls and ladle the kimchi jjigae over the noodles.
