Kimchi Mandu Dumpling Soup (김치만두)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic

  • 1 package dumpling wrappers
  • 6 cups chicken or vegetable broth

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the chopped kimchi, ground pork, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and black pepper.
  2. Place a small spoonful of the filling in the center of a dumpling wrapper. Moisten the edges with water and fold the wrapper in half, pressing to seal.
