Ingredients
- 1 cup kimchi, chopped
- 1 cup ground pork
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 pack mandu (dumplings)
- 6 cups water or broth
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a pot, combine water or broth, chopped kimchi, soy sauce, sesame oil, and minced garlic. Bring to a boil.
- Add the ground pork and green onions to the pot. Let it simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add the mandu (dumplings) to the pot and cook for an additional 8-10 minutes, or until the dumplings are cooked through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
