Ingredients
- 2 packs of instant ramen noodles
- 1 cup chopped kimchi
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and grated Parmesan cheese. Set aside.
