Ingredients
- 1 cup of kimchi
- 1/2 pound of soft tofu
- 1/4 pound of pork belly, thinly sliced
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- 2 cups of anchovy or beef broth
- 1 tablespoon of Korean red pepper flakes (gochugaru)
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients by cutting the kimchi, tofu, pork belly, onion, garlic, and green onion.
- In a pot, sauté the pork belly until browned.
- Add the onion and garlic, and cook until fragrant.
- Add the kimchi and cook for a few minutes.
- Pour in the broth and bring to a boil.
- Add the tofu, red pepper flakes, and sesame oil. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Season with salt to taste and garnish with green onion.
