Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, coconut sugar, coconut oil, almond butter, vanilla extract, cinnamon, cardamom, and salt until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
  4. Using a cookie scoop, drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Flatten the dough slightly with the back of a spoon.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  7. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
