Ingredients

- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese (optional)
- Injera or flatbread, for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the chopped beef with spiced butter, mitmita, and salt until well combined.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the beef mixture. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly, until the beef is lightly browned.
- Remove from heat and stir in the chopped onions.
