  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese (optional)
  • Injera or flatbread, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the chopped beef with spiced butter, mitmita, and salt until well combined.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the beef mixture. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly, until the beef is lightly browned.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped onions.
