- 2 tbsp ground black pepper

- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 150°C (300°F).
- In a small bowl, mix the sea salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and brown sugar to create a dry rub.
- Rub the dry mixture all over the pork ribs, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- In a separate bowl, mix the tomato sauce, apple cider vinegar, and olive oil to create a basting sauce.
- Place the pork ribs on a baking tray and brush them with the basting sauce.
- Cover the tray with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 hours.
