Parāoa Whakarite, also known as Kiwi Lamb and Mint Pizza, is a delicious fusion of traditional New Zealand flavors with a modern twist. This unique pizza is a perfect combination of tender lamb, fresh mint, and creamy cheese, all atop a crispy pizza crust.
Ingredients
- 1 pound lamb, thinly sliced
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 pre-made pizza crusts
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a skillet, cook the lamb slices over medium heat until browned, then season with salt and pepper.
- Brush the pizza crusts with olive oil, then evenly distribute the cooked lamb, mint leaves, mozzarella cheese, feta cheese, and red onion on top.
