Kiwi Lamb and Mint Pizza (Parāoa Whakarite)

Ingredients

  • 1 pound lamb, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 pre-made pizza crusts
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the lamb slices over medium heat until browned, then season with salt and pepper.
