Ingredients

  • 4 lamb chops

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the lamb chops with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the lamb chops for 3-4 minutes per side, or until desired doneness. Remove from the skillet and let them rest.
