Ingredients
- 4 lamb chops
- 2 large kumara (sweet potatoes), peeled and chopped
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the lamb chops with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the lamb chops for 3-4 minutes per side, or until desired doneness. Remove from the skillet and let them rest.
- Meanwhile, place the chopped kumara in a pot of boiling water and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until tender. Drain the kumara and return it to the pot.
