Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until softened.
  2. Add the diced paua, prawns, and fish to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the seafood is cooked through.
  3. Stir in the paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Add the red bell pepper and cherry tomatoes, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  4. Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or in the oven.
  5. Divide the seafood mixture among the tortillas, and serve hot.
