Ingredients
- 250g fresh paua, diced
- 200g prawns, peeled and deveined
- 200g white fish fillets, cut into chunks
- 1 onion, finely chopped

- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin

Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until softened.
- Add the diced paua, prawns, and fish to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the seafood is cooked through.
- Stir in the paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Add the red bell pepper and cherry tomatoes, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or in the oven.
- Divide the seafood mixture among the tortillas, and serve hot.
