Ingredients

Instructions

- In a clean, dry bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Gradually add the caster sugar, cornflour, and vinegar while continuing to beat until the mixture is thick and glossy.
- Spoon the meringue onto the prepared tray, shaping it into a round nest with a slight indentation in the center.
- Bake for 1 hour, then turn off the oven and let the meringue cool completely inside.
- Once cooled, top the meringue with whipped cream, sliced kiwifruit, and mixed berries.
