Ingredients

Instructions

  4. Spoon the meringue onto the prepared tray, shaping it into a round nest with a slight indentation in the center.
  5. Bake for 1 hour, then turn off the oven and let the meringue cool completely inside.
  6. Once cooled, top the meringue with whipped cream, sliced kiwifruit, and mixed berries.
