Kletski, also known as Belarusian potato dumplings, are a traditional dish in Belarusian cuisine. They are simple to make and are often served with sour cream, butter, or fried onions.

Kletski Krazy (Клецки)

Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg

  2. In a large bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, flour, egg, and salt. Mix well to form a dough.
  3. Divide the dough into small portions and roll each portion into a rope. Cut the rope into small pieces to form the dumplings.
