Knafeh Ice Cream Sundae (آيس كريم كنافة سونداي)

Ingredients

  • 1 package of shredded phyllo dough (kataifi)
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 teaspoon of rose water
  • 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream
  • Crushed pistachios for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread the shredded phyllo dough on a baking sheet and drizzle with the melted butter. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
