Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes, boiled and mashed
- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 12 ripe plums, pitted

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, flour, and salt to form a dough.
- Divide the dough into 12 equal portions and flatten each portion into a small disc.
- Place a pitted plum in the center of each disc and fold the dough around the plum, sealing it completely.
- In a pot of boiling water, carefully drop the dumplings and cook for about 15-20 minutes, or until they float to the surface.
- In a separate bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon.
- Once the dumplings are cooked, roll them in the sugar-cinnamon mixture until coated.
